About This Item
Introducing the SimplexHealth Home Water Test Kit 3-in-One 5 Strips, the ultimate solution for testing the quality of freshwater. This test kit has been designed to provide easy, one-dip testing for drinking water, ponds, aquariums, and more, without the need for any powders, liquids or tablets to measure. Each strip in this 5-strip resealable bag is precisely impregnated with the chemistries needed to test for pH, total alkalinity, and total hardness.
With just one simple dip of the strip into 250ml of water for 5 seconds, and a quick shake to remove excess water, you can get accurate results within 25 seconds. The pH range of these strips is from 2 to 12, while the total alkalinity range is from 0 to 500 ppm, and the total hardness range is from 0 to 1,000 ppm. The strips have a sensitivity of pH 0.5, total alkalinity 40 ppm, and total hardness 50 ppm to 75 ppm.
The recommended range for pH is 6.5 to 8.0, total alkalinity 180 ppm, and total hardness 25 to 75 ppm. These water test strips are ideal for both home and professional use. You can use them to test tap water, pool water, well water, or any other freshwater source.
