The smaller straps and hardware contribute to the compactness of the product, but some users found the octo bands unnecessary and wished they were removable. The lack of a rubber "carry" handle may not be a deal-breaker and is justified by the product's travel-friendly nature. Dive Rite has produced another well-made product that is well-suited for any dive adventure.
