The Stohlquist Keeper Fishing Lifejacket PFD is a high-quality product that is Coast Guard approved but only as a Type 3 PFD with a floatation of 16 lbs 8 oz. The lifejacket is comfortable and sits well for high-backed kayak seats with its full-length back which doesn't ride up like a normal PFD. The jacket has an excellent design where the floatation pads are distributed throughout the back rather than on the neck area like most PFDs. Moreover, the jacket has four front pockets that work perfectly for storing items such as phones, gloves, large vape, and glasses without any issue. However, there are limited color options, and some find the jacket to be bulky. Overall, the Stohlquist Keeper Fishing Lifejacket PFD is an excellent value for the price.
