Although it is not possible to use a cone filter, users found that flat bottom filters work in the cone shaped basket. The dimensions of the product are approximately 14 inches tall, 8 inches deep, and 7 inches wide. The cord is very stiff, and customers suggest that the manufacturer provide information on what type of unbleached paper filters fit the coffee maker. Users who found it difficult to read the clock, which is not backlit, generally do not use the programming feature. Some users experienced technical difficulties with the coffee maker after only a few weeks of use or found it to be flimsy. Others were very happy with their purchase, liking the reusable filter or the 5 cup size of the pot.
