- NO PLASTICS IN THE BREW PATH - The 49 PRO has been designed with a stainless steel cylinder, valve plunger and stem, meaning that no plastic touches your brew water when making espresso. Brew pure espresso, from kettle to cup.
- PRESSURE GAUGE FOR 9BAR BREWING - Every Flair 49 PRO features an integrated pressure gauge with a custom “Espresso” zone between 5-9BAR, exactly that needed for brewing cafe-quality espresso at home. Choose any pressure and flow profile you want, you’re in full control.
- SMALL FOOTPRINT FOR ANY KITCHEN - The Flair 49 PRO doesn’t take up space like semi-automatic machines, and with a footprint not much bigger than a foot long by eight inches wide, easily fits onto any counter in your kitchen or office.
- BEGINNER AND EXPERT ESPRESSO BREWING - Use the pressurized basket if you are new to espresso and don’t have a high quality burr grinder. No dial-in required. For expert home baristas, use the bottomless basket for full control over your espresso.
