Answer: I purchased the Mothers product as a follow-on or maintenance product to keep my headlight lenses clear after using the brilliant 3M kit that uses the drill, foam pad and sand paper. -

Can I use this on my headlights once a month if I rub it on and off by hand with a microfiber pad?
Answer: You could, but you'll spend a lot of time rubbing it to get maximum clarity. It is a very fine polish so I find it most useful to start off with a regular auto polish to get off most of the oxidation and then finish it with the PowerPlastic to maximize the clarity. -

Will this work to polish up my honda atv instrument cover after i wet sand it?
Answer: Yes, it is ideal for this purpose. -

Answer: I'm not sure why you would use this on cell phone screen. Mothers is a great product and worked great on my head lights which are plastic not glass which is what most cell phone screens are made of. -

Would this work in clearing up a 'smoked' tail light?
Answer: It depends on the tail light and how it was 'smoked' and how much oxidation or deterioration there is. Our Mothers NuLens Headlight Renewal Kit, which includes this polish, is the best recommendation as it also includes the PowerBall 4Lights polishing tool. -

How often do you have to use this? And how exactly did you get best results?
Answer: Whenever you want, just rub it good. Worked on fog lights well. -

Does this remove any of the clear coat?
Answer: There would be no clear coat on the lens. The buffing action may remove a small amount of the plastic when polished, but I would doubt that with even using the product twice a year that you would ever notice a thinning of your lens. -

Would this work on scratched plastic windows such as on a Jeep Wrangler?
Answer: I'm almost 100% the windows on your jeep are made from vinyl. I don't think this product is a good fit for what you're looking for. Take a look at 'Besttop' Brand vinyl cleaner.
